Art Lessons For Kids in Whitianga

With full time artist and best-selling illustrator Emma Evangeline Gustafson

Lessons for kids and teens around 10 - 16 years old.
$39 for a 1.5-2 hour session - all materials are provided.

Because of the conditions of our roads I have decided to run one-off classes during term 2, instead of my 6 week course.

For anyone wanting to book in a group, my studio can fit 4 students max.

One off classes will either be a:
• Creek/Forest Scene - learn how to paint waterfalls, reflections in water, native trees
• Beach Scene - learn how to paint clear water, waves, blended skies and clouds.
• Native Bird scene -  learn how to paint a native bird (Tui, Kereru, Morepork or Fantail)

If there is another subject they are particularly keen to learn, I'm happy to accommodate that - the subjects listed above are just my specialties.

Qualifications: I have a bachelor of Visual Communication Design with first-class honours and have been working as an artist full time over the past 3 years. Last year I managed to score the Peoples Choice Award at the New Zealand Youth Art Awards for my painting Sacred Waters.
